Soeben die Erlaubnis und das GO bekommen:
Nach zähen und langen *naja, nicht wirklich* Verhandlungen mit Autor Rich Stokes kann ich heute, nicht ohne Stolz verkünden, das Fischkrieg nun in den Rollenspielmarkt einsteigen wird, das Ganze natürlich mit dem einzigen Rollenspiel, das in Frage kommt, wenn ich dahinter stehe.
Es wird eine deutsche Version von Umläut - Game Of Metal geben.
Das Team ist auch schon annähernd komplett:
Moritz Mehlem (etliche Rollenspielpublikationen in Deutschland) wird die Übersetzung anfertigen
Marco Reinartz (Redaktion Heidelberger Spieleverlag) übernimmt Lektorat und Satz
Ich halt meine Fresse (und meinen Geldbeutel) dafür hin
Es wird eine Art Crowdfunding dafür geben, in dessen Zuge man sich limitierte Versionen des Spiels sichern kann, ich bin bereits mit einigen bekannten Künstlern aus der Metalszene in Kontakt um ein richtig geiles Specialcover an den Start zu bringen.
Ich zitiere mal die Rückseite des Regelwerkes:

Umläut: Game of Metal is a storytelling game which gives each player the chance to create and control their own Heavy Metal band. Simple mechanics let you chart their career as they rehearse, play gigs, fight among themselves and pull crazy publicity stunts. Will you make it big, or are your records destined to languish in the discount bin of obscurity? Can you hold your band together when the going is rough, or will you self destruct in a drug-fueled clash of egos?
