Nein, es ist bisher nicht möglich. Es wurden zu den Pre-Alpha und den Alpha-Regeln keine Regeln, jenseits kurzer Tipps, zur Charaktererschaffung veröffentlicht.

1. Composure: Ich würde den Wert für alle Charaktere auf 3 setzen.
Zumal die Regenerierung von Composure nur mittels Compulsion möglich ist.

2. Willenskraft: Der Wert der vorgefertigten Charaktere lag bei 3 bzw. 2.
Die Auswahl könnte anhand des Charakter-Konzept erfolgen. Immerhin kann man Willenskraft vergleichsweise zügig regenerieren. Wobei ich Charakteren mit einfacheren Regenerationsbedingungen eine niedrigere Willenskraft geben würde.

"Fahren wir mit dem Zweisitzer oder dem Combi?"
"Ach Schatz, nehmen wir doch das General Utility Non-Discontinuity Augmented Maneuvering System."
